Every math lesson starts with a Counting Routine, Number Talks, and Quick Images, followed by a review of previously learned concepts. The Concrete, Pictorial, Abstract Method (CPA) is used in these lessons, ending with Purposeful Practice games. Each lesson concludes with an EXIT Ticket quiz for feedback and future planning.
